We’re one of the biggest car and home insurers in the UK, in fact, we’re the country's eleventh largest. We’re part of an international group, which is headquartered in Brussels and we can trace our roots back to 1824.

Ageas has been shortlisted for more than 50 awards over the last few years. These include winning the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year category at the Insurance Times Awards for the second consecutive year, 2023 and 2024, as well as at the British Insurance Awards in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

As the largest personal lines insurer in the UK to achieve this level, Ageas’s commitment to customer service has been recognised by the Institute of Customer Services by achieving ServiceMark with Distinction accreditation.

For the fourth consecutive year, Ageas UK^ has been certified as a Top Employer for 2025. Not only that, but Ageas has ranked in eighth position against all other UK Top Employer organisations.

You can make a claim in an emergency 24/7, 365 days a year. Someone in our UK-based claims service will look to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. If you make a claim and choose one of our approved repairers, all workmanship comes with a guarantee for as long as you own the car^.

^Subject to the vehicle being maintained in accordance with the manufacturer routine maintenance schedule. Defective parts will be replaced without charge as long as they are covered by the part manufacturer’s warranty. Failure of components or bodywork damage will not be covered if failure or deterioration is through normal usage.
