We're all about our customers

We’re one of the largest car and home insurers in the UK and part of an international group, which is headquartered in Brussels. We can trace our roots back to 1824.Top UK Employer 2023
Fast-forward to today, we’re proud to be recognised as a UK top employer; as well as one of Europe’s top 20 insurance companies*.

We have been recognised as 'Personal Lines Insurer of the Year' at the British Insurance Awards for three consecutive years, 2021-2023, amongst many others, and achieved The Institute of Customer Service’s coveted ServiceMark Accreditation. Find out more about our awards and recognition.

Our aim is to have great people everywhere in our business. We strive to create a supportive, inclusive and safe environment that encourages everyone to bring 100% of themselves to work every day.

With more than 2,000 employees based across five offices, our people help Ageas to be a thriving, creative and innovative place to work, which is echoed in the service we provide to over four million customers.

Our purpose is clear: To understand people + simplify insurance

Inclusion

We live and breathe our values – we care and respect those around us; we dare to push boundaries, we aim to deliver what we promise and above all, we learn together, inspire others and share success.

As an inclusive employer, we encourage anyone regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marriage and civil partnership status, pregnancy and maternity status, ethnicity, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation to apply and join a great company.

Diversity

Ageas is a Stonewall diversity champion, a signatory of the Race at Work Charter and Women in Finance Charter, and a Disability Confident Employer (which means we will guarantee an interview for applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the role).

Join our team

We’re always looking for outstanding people to join us and recognise that not everyone is looking for a full-time role.

Therefore, we are open to discussing flexible working and can offer positions as full-time, part-time or as a job share arrangement. Other flexible work patterns are available too and for the majority of roles across Ageas, we offer a hybrid working model that allows a proportion of your time to be spent working from home.
