Your benefits

Ageas Choice flexible benefits
As part of your package, you’ll have access to our Ageas Choice flexible benefits scheme, which lets you choose the benefits that are important to you. Benefits available to purchase include a health cash plan, critical illness cover, dental insurance and health assessments.

You can also choose to pay contributions through a deduction from your salary for childcare vouchers, additional holiday and additional life assurance cover. Our salary sacrifice arrangements can save you Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions on the value of your payments.

Getting you on the road
Ageas Choice includes a range of benefits to get you on the road, including a car salary exchange leasing scheme, a cycle to work scheme and discounted car breakdown cover.

Your company pension
As an employer whose core business is about protecting individuals, their families and their belongings, we firmly believe in the importance of helping our employees protect their future. That’s why we established a Group Personal Pension Plan that all employees are eligible to join and which we contribute to.

Your annual holiday entitlement
Your full-time holiday entitlement will be 27 days a year, plus 8 declared public holidays. After you’ve worked with us for three years, we’ll increase your holiday to 29 days a year. Plus, you can buy and sell holiday through our flexible benefits scheme.

Looking after you and your family

Life insurance
With our comprehensive life cover, your loved one will receive a death in service benefit of four times your salary. Plus, with our flexible option, you can increase this to up to 10 times your salary. Through Ageas Choice, you can also buy life assurance to cover your spouse or partner.

Private medical insurance
Depending on your role grade, you may be eligible for our Private Medical Insurance Scheme.

Recognising the contributions you make

Recognising and Rewarding our People 
Our people do great things every day and we think it’s important to recognise that and show our appreciation. The Ageas Stars and VIP Awards are two of our schemes where people can nominate their colleagues to show how much they’re appreciated and valued.

Ageas Stars
Our annual award scheme recognises our people across five categories. Up to three winners per category scoop £1,000 and an extra five days’ holiday each.

VIP Awards
Designed to complement our annual Ageas Stars, these awards give our people more frequent and local recognition and take place throughout the year. VIP stands for ‘Values in Practice’ and the awards recognise our people who live our values every day – whether that’s delivering excellent customer service, supporting colleagues or coming up with innovative ideas to grow our business.
