Communication support

How we can help

We all communicate in different ways and there are things we can do to tailor our services to your needs. For example, we can provide information via braille, large print, or audio documents for our customers that are blind or partially sighted, and we can also use different coloured paper for those with dyslexia or visual impairments.

Please note that we also have support information for those who may find it difficult to communicate due to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

Find out how to use our website in a way that best suits your needs on our accessibility page.

To request your documents in a different format, please use the button below to chat online with a member of our Live Chat team, or give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Please note, this page is written to address people who may need assistance with communication care. However, it may also be useful for family, friends, colleagues or those close to someone who finds it hard to communicate due to a physical condition or illness.
